880 wood stock and foregrip ???

    I have a 880 i acquired with wood stock and foregrip from orig owner and orig box but box shows plastic stock and diamond fore grip the prev owner explained this gun was a display model ??? And value or rarity info appreciated thanks in advance

    It’s doubtful you have a display model. It’s more likely you have a Daisy 970. It came with wood stocks standard. Or another owner put a set of Daisy wood stocks on it. I have done that to a couple of my 880 guns. As to value, I’m not really sure which of the 880 style guns you have. Daisy made at least a dozen different 8xx style guns and many variants of the 880 itself, since 1972. Pictures would help and what your gun’s lot # is.

    So thx to the fuse i have a 970 are reseal parts available . Also are other model parts compatable thx in advance

    I don’t have a parts list or diagram for the 970, but if it looks like an 880 it likely has the same internals. There were many models based off the 880 as Fuse had stated, most have internals just like the 880. You just have to take a look and see, there are two main styles of internals on the 880 that I distinguish as the new style that is currently being produced and the old style.
