I have an old 880 (no diamond on the sides), and purchased the old style rebuild kit from you. I have watched your videos, and disassembled my 880. However, when I removed the chamber valve and pump abutment it does not appear to be the same as the video nor the diagram. Mine did not appear to have a spring, and the other parts that are all outlined and marked “CS” in the old style factory service manual are different. I am thinking I need to buy at least the spring, but will the kit I purchased still work? And is the part provided an adequate substitute for the piece my gun has? There are no instructions as to which o-rings you provided go where.
