I just installed the pump piston assembly. It fit beautifully. Fresh oil, it moves freely. However the plastic lever bends severely and the pump cannot be completed. This model has a brass tube, multi-part diamonds and plastic stock. Suggestions?
Something seems to be binding, I would check the discs that go on the end of the pump piston arm, they are the likely culprit.
